When writing an essay, the intent is one reason that makes you write the post. It’s the implied explanation and the way in which your audience wants your paper to be understood. Any essay’s intent is either to educate, alter attitude or convince a certain feeling. It can also seek to prompt thought or to express those emotions.
To Advise Writing:
Your aim is to introduce the audience to a subject they may not be familiar with when you write to educate them, but they may already have some background knowledge about it. Your role, in this case, is to report facts, not offer your thoughts on the issue.
Strengthening Contact:
By helping students learn how to translate their ideas into well-informed and constructed sentences, essay writing strengthens communication skills. If they can write it out on paper or type it on a computer, then in both informal discussions and philosophical debates they should be able to articulate it.
To Entertain Writing:
When you write for entertainment, your goal is to provide your audience with an emotional experience. An instance of writing to entertain might be an essay in which you talk about your most embarrassing moment, talk about your most enjoyable holiday, or talk about a struggle you’ve experienced in your life.
To Convince Writing:
When you write to convince, based on what you’ve written, your aim is for your audience to take action, or at least to want to take action. One example of a compelling essay might be one in which you encourage your audience to vote for your preferred presidential candidate. If your convincing essay asks you to include research.
To Clarify Writing:
Your purpose when you write to clarify is to help your readers understand a process or circumstance. An example of writing to clarify might be an essay in which you illustrate how to bake a birthday cake to your audience, how to download software on your computer, or how to register as a voter. For the purpose of explaining, if you have been asked to publish.
Organization for Teaching:
The organization is often emphasized by teachers to their students when writing an essay, especially a long one. If the essay’s conclusions and thoughts are not organized in a way that makes sense, major points are overlooked. Therefore, writing essays in education helps to master the ability not only to compose, not only to formulate ideas, but to make these ideas as plain as possible.
